My Fitness Journey so far
I first got into training when I started boxing at 15 which looking back was such great experience for me when it came to building my confidence and understanding the discipline required to get better at anything in life.
Over a decade later, I've ran my first marathon, completed a challenge for Movember in which I ran 10km everyday for a month (and grew a terrible moustache at the same time).
Additionally, I've gone from being a skinny and scared teenager in the gym to someone who feels at home in the gym and with a plan of action every time I go to train.
As a result, I'm now stronger and more confident when it comes to my lifts and training in general and supporting people through my PT business
